docomo#50

As a result, I can’t connect with docomo.

The IOS app recognizes the SIM and shows [docomo], but does not connect to the Internet.
The Android app says “No sim instaleld”.

I have communicated with the help center several times, but they have been unable to resolve the issue.

If the provider with the largest market share in Japan can’t help me, where can I connect…?
